Getting Started


Getting a personal program developed specifically for you by Mary Ellen is as easy as 1-2-3. Follow the steps below to get started on your commitment and be on your way to a more energetic, healthy you.


Step 1 - Health History

Health History

Download, print and fill out and return the Bodies by M.E. release and health history forms. Together with a personal consultation and these documents Mary Ellen will be able to provide you with the best routine based on your ability and schedule. These must be filled out completely and of course, will be treated in a confidential manner.


In addition to the above forms, it's extremely helpful to get an idea of your current physical ability. The fitness assessment found here will be our benchmark. During your training we can check back regularly on the progress by retesting our ability against our day 1 metrics. You'll be amazed at how a regular routine can increase your stamina, strength and drive!


Step 2 - Payment

Payment

The Bodies by M.E. personal training routine is custom crafted and provides a blueprint to your personal fitness goals. The initial up front fee for your personal evaluation and routine is $299 - now $199 for a limited time so don't wait!
Once payment is received along with the health history forms and release, your training begins and your specific routine is developed.


If you prefer, payment can be sent via check along with your health history forms to the address indicated on the forms.



Step 3 - Get In Touch

Get in Touch

Once your health history and release is reviewed Mary Ellen personally contacts you based on your preferences indicated. After a brief introduction, she will walk you through the necessary steps to begin your routine. This is your time to ask any and all questions you have about fitness and health, your workout and what suits you best. You will establish a regular means of communicating throughout your success.
